Protecting property, guest, and payment data is central to Idar. We apply technical and organizational controls designed for hospitality operators handling sensitive operational information.

Data is encrypted in transit using TLS and encrypted at rest on secure cloud infrastructure. Backups and disaster recovery procedures are maintained to support business continuity.

Role-based permissions let you control which team members can view reservations, financials, or settings. Two-factor authentication is available for account sign-in.

Payment processing is handled through certified payment partners. Idar does not store full card numbers on our servers.

We monitor systems for suspicious activity and maintain an incident response process. If a security issue affects your account, we will notify you as required by law.
